Order Processing
We generally process and ship orders within 1-3 business days of when an order is placed. Please allow 3-5 days processing time for orders placed during the holiday seasons.
Upgrade Shipping
All packages are sent via USPS First-Class Mail Service. If you would like expedited shipping, please purchase an upgraded USPS delivery service at checkout. Please see estimated shipping times below, as per USPS website.
USPS First Class Mail: 2-6 day shipping
USPS Priority Mail: 1-4 day shipping
USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 day shipping

Unfortunately, any delivery issues or mistakes that USPS makes is out of our control. Please understand that we are a small business and things like this hurt us too.
Please understand that we cannot refund or replace an item until after a package is missing for 30 days. USPS is not guaranteeing their estimated delivery dates, and so we cannot either :(.
